Cottage Foods Tier 1 Training, Application, Test

This 4-hour training will cover the legal requirements; food safety issues; completing the MDA training, test, and submitting your application. You will practice using a pH meter and Aw meter to test cottage foods. MFMA Board Directors Letty Rodriguez and Angelica Pena will train this session in Spanish and English.
